State‑mandated fees (Georgia law):  

- Notarial act: $2 per signature or oath  

Egghead Notary service fees (for your convenience):  

- Travel fee: $1.00 per mile (round‑trip)

- Hourly service/waiting fee: $30.00 per hour on site  

- Witnesses: Must be provided by the client  

 

Easy Examples (with hourly fee shown)

- One document at your home, 10 miles away, 15 minutes on‑site:  

  - Notarial act: $2  

  - Travel: 20 miles × $1 = $20  

  - Hourly: 0.25 hours (15 min) × $30 = $7.50  

  - Total: $29.50  

 

 

- Two signatures at your office, 5 miles away, 30 minutes waiting:  

  - Notarial acts: 2 × $2 = $4  

  - Travel: 10 miles × $1 = $10  

  - Hourly: 0.5 hours × $30 = $15  

  - Total: $29  

 

- Three signatures at a café, 12 miles away, 20 minutes on‑site:  

  - Notarial acts: 3 × $2 = $6  

  - Travel: 24 miles × $1 = $24  

  - Hourly: 0.33 hours (20 min) × $30 ≈ $10  

  - Total: $40
